أخيراوبعد طول انتظار وفى صباح يوم الأحدالموافق 2/11/2008 تنفس السادة المدرسين الأفاضل الصعداء بظهور نتيجة الكادر المزعوم وكم كانت فرحة الناجحين وكم كان حزن الراسبين فقد تقدم للأمتحان أكثر من 950000ألف مدرسرسب منهم 100000 ألف مدرس ونجح الباقى فكم كانت مهزلة وانت ترى المدرسين بجميع الأعمار مجتمعين أمام مراكز الانترنت وينتظرون النتيجة بفارغ الصبر وكانت وجوههم تتهلل عندما تظر نتيجة أحدهم كانوا فى هذا الموقف أشبه بطلبة الثانوية العامة وهم ينتظرون النتيجة بفارغ الصبر انها حقا مهزلة تعرض لها السادة المدرسين والمدرسات الأفاضل من وزيرهم الموقر والأن السؤال هل تصدق سيدى الوزير وتصرف لهم الكادر المخصص لهم كما صرحت سابقا وهل ميزانية الكادر تحت يدك فعلا أى موجودة فى الوزارة وهل سيتم الصرف اعتبارا من 1/12/2008 أم الميزانية فى يد وزير المالية الموقر وسيتم توفير اعتماد لها اذا كان كذلك نقول على الكادر السلام وتكون عزيزى المعلم وعزيزتى المعلمة طلع امتحانكم على فاشوش أى على الفاضى ولكن من وجهة نظرى ان الوزير المحترم يقوم بتنفيذ البرنامج الانتخابى لرئيسنا الموقر وأظن طالما بينفذ توجيهات السيد الرئيس يبقى الكلام صحيح ونيجى للمعلمين الغلابة اللى نجحوا فى الامتحان احلموا بالكادر لغاية شهر ديسمبر بس على شرط لاتشتروا أشياء مقدما على حساب الكادر بشيكات أو أقساط أو غيره لحسن الامور تعاكس وبعدين تصبح الامور مش فى صالحكم أما المعلمين الغير محظوظين والذين لم يحالفهم التوفيق فى هذا الأمتحان فلكم الله لابد من حضور التدريب والتقدم للأمتحان العام القادم لكن حيكون ايه شعوركم وانتم شايفين زملائكم الناجحين وهو يتمرغون فى فلوس الكادر لمدة عام قبلكم طبعا شعور بالحزن والأسى .

انها حقا مهزلة بكل المقاييس ماحدث فى امتحانات المعلمين ولكن الأمور مرت على خير وربنا يوفق الجميع لخير هذا البلد والنهوض بالتعليم بس ياريت يكون الكلام ده بصدق والمعلمين الغلابة يقبضوا فى شهر ديسمبر 2008 وتكون نية السيد الوزير صادقة علشان يفرح الغلابة دول ونشعر ان هناك وزير صادق ونفذ ماوعد به واذا ماكنش كده يبقى وزير أبو لمعة فى الحكومة المصرية . اننى أتمنى من كل قلبى أن يكون حال المعلمين أحسن وأحسن وتحاول الحكومة تحسينه لأفضل حد ممكن حتى نرى معلم محترم يحترم عمله ويحترم ذاته ويكون قدوة لأبنائه الطلبة وياريت الزمن الماضى للمدرس الجميل يعود من ثانى أعتقد صعب أن يرجع هذا الزمن من ثانى فى هذه الأيام!
